1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect information when you launch the app, search for the guys, flip through their profiles, communicate and activate VIP access. The information includes personal data: your photo (which you have to upload to start communication with other users), age and name/nickname. We may also collect hardware and system information: your location (when you use the app), phone model, current language in the operating system, application version, operating system version, number of application starts, IP address, opened app screens.
As for the following personal data: phone number and e-mail - we do not collect or store them.

2. USING THE INFORMATION
The information we receive from you is used to improve the quality of content and stability of our app.

3. PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION
We are the sole owner of the information collected in the app. Your data will not be sold or in any way transferred to third parties.
We guarantee the safety of your data as we use only modern equipment. In addition, our servers are in a secure environment.

4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell, exchange or transfer data to third parties. But, we are ready to share information with law enforcement agencies in order to prevent crimes or help in their investigation if it is, for example, suspicion of fraud, actions physically threatening the safety of people or in cases where it is provided by law.

5. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION AND STORAGE
If you decide to stop using the app, then you can do it at any time. Go to Profile and select "Delete Account". Then delete the app from your device. All your saved information will be removed from our servers within 7 days. Don't forget to cancel the active subscription. Go to App Store > Account > Subscriptions > Gayzr.
